Build a Maintenance Plan
  • 1. Choose equipment type, condition, and reliability requirement.
  • 2. Select "Save to Memory" and give the entry a name when prompted. Repeat steps 1-2 for additional items.
  • 3. After adding all items, select 'Save' to download CSV file.
  • 4. Import CSV file to your favorite spreadsheet program. Edit and format as needed.
  • 5. Select "Clear Memory" to create a new file.

  • NETA Maintenance intervals are derived from NETA MTS-2023 Appendix B Frequency of Maintenance Tests, application of the matrix is recognized as a guide only. NFPA Maintenance intervals are derived from NFPA 70B-2023 Table 9.2.2. See original documents for more information.
  • Specific environmental conditions, mission criticality, and desired equipment reliability must be determined to correctly apply these standards. Consult a professional testing organization for a comprehensive assessment.

NFPA Equipment Condition
  • Condition 1: Like new condition. Enclosure is clean, free from moisture intrusion, and tight. No active alerts, notification, or recommendations. Previous maintenance has been performed in accordance with the EMP.
  • Condition 2: Meets all criteria of Condition 1. Maintenance results deviate from past results or have indicated more frequent maintenance. Open issues requiring the repair or replacement of major equipment components. There are active notifications or recommendations.
  • Condition 3: Missed the last two successive maintenance cycles. Open issues requiring the repair or replacement of major equipment components. Active or unaddressed notifications, including urgent actions.
