What is the Contact-Resistance Database (CRDB)?

Use this form to analyze contact resistance values and compare them to real-world test results submitted by TestGuy members.

How to use
  1. Test Results: Enter resistance values in micro-ohms. At least one reading is required, blanks will be averaged.
  2. Ampacity/Type: Enter equipment ampacity rating and type for database comparison (required).
  3. Manufacturer: Filter database values by equipment maker or leave unspecified to compare with all Manufacturers.
  4. Notes: Enter any remarks for other users to see when viewing analysis.
How is data collected?

New test values are stored for moderators to review as they are submitted by technicians. Valid test data gets approved for use in comparison analysis. Give it a try!
