NETA Level 2 exam XFMR tables

    9. What is the NETA Recommended Minimum Insulation Resistance value for a dry-type 4,160V-480V D-D transformer primary winding?
    Your Answer: 1 Gigohm
    Help: NETA Table 100.5 (2019)

The answers were all in Gigs...1, 5, 10, 20. The cited table doesn't recommend anything beyond Megs...what am I missing?

1G would be for liquid filled.
I would recommend understand the SI units prefixes too.

5000 Megohms is 5 gigohms. For a dry-type transformer rated 601-5000V, minimum resistance is 5000 Megohms or 5 Gigohms

1 gig is equal to 1,000 meg. as is 5 gig to 5,000 meg. It is sort of a trick question, just to make you keep on your toes.
