    Lightning Arrestor Ratings

What rating lightning arrestor would be suitable for a 13800/7900V system?
    Your Answer: 15kV
    Correct Answer: 10kV

There are two different ratings for 13.8 kV. How do you determine from this question which one they are looking for?

The question includes line to ground voltage levels of 7900v. This means you wouldn't choose the delta or ungrounded rated MCOV arrestor ratings.
