    Test Voltages used

Is there any way to remember the test voltages used in the tables other than just memorizing them? I am having trouble in remembering all of this information. So what I am asking is, is there a specific way these voltages were developed?

I haven't found any rhyme or reason for the selected values. It is known that Acceptance test values are 75% of Factory test values. Beyond that, we found that there is a ratio between AC and DC values, which would get you roughly near the right value, and since it is multiple choice, that is good enough to help with memorization.
