Breaker is timing at 10 cycles slower than nameplate

If a breaker is timing at 10 cycles slower than nameplate and 2nd time it is 4 cycles slower, what is the best course of action next?
Your Answer: Breaker needs to be marked bad and removed from service
    WRONG

I heard you should not use lub. but send it for repair. lub is just a temp fix!

Every breaker has lubrication in it, different parts get different lubrication and also varies by manufacturer. The question suggests that the breaker gets faster with each operation, so lubrication and exercise would be recommended. If a company wasn't qualified then they should send it for repair, where another company will lube and exercise it.

    make it within tolerance

If a breaker is timing at 10 cycles slower than nameplate and 2nd time it is 4 cycles slower, what is the best course of action next?
Operate until it falls within tolerance (correct answer)
    Spray lube on the bearings
Use penetrating lube on the bearings
Breaker needs to be marked bad and removed from service
