How do you guys Primary injection the neutral of a 4 pole breaker? It has a setting which I’m guessing is for over current on the return?

Test just like any other pole, I've run into a lot of these on Square D Masterpacts in data center UPS systems.

Test just like the other phases. Sometimes the neutral pole doesn't have overcurrent protection so don't be surprised if you try to test it and it doesn't trip. Is it a molded case or insulated case?

The neutral pole you test like any other pole like has been said before. You have to realize that all neutral poles are different on different breakers.

Some neutral poles have no protection and are just a switch for that pole, some have settings that will trip at half or full value of the trip settings. Others only have some trip settings, like the large Magnum DS with 8 poles, on those there are 2 neutral poles and the only trip fiction on the neutral is ground fault and maintenance mode.
