I would assume Air-break circuit breaker since it has the lowest dielectric insulator, and least intrusive arc removal system. Oil and SF6 provide an arc quencing dielectric and the air-blast distinguishes the arc between the main line contacts quickly. Air-break circuit breaker just breaks the main line contacts and draws the arc away on the arc chutes, and is the only breaker listed used at 480V or less in the modern era.
