I have been told there are only two Boundaries now. If this is true, what has been eliminated and what are the new values?

As you can see, they have gotten rid of the Prohibited Approach Boundary. Slight recalculations were made based on updated arc flash information and now we only need to memorize the Limited Approach and Restricted Approach Boundaries.
