    Line Sectionalizer Exam Question

First I should say I've never messed with one of these. So I looked it up in the MTS. I went to section 7.24.1 is that the proper section? Because when I go to that section, under 7.24.1.B.10 it refers me to table 100.19. Obviously the question below says table 100.16 which IS labeled "High-Potential Test Voltagefor Periodic Test of Line Sectionalizers"

What is the NETA-MTS recommended test voltage for a 15 minute withstand test on a single-phase, 27kV line sectionalizer with a rated impulse withstand voltage of 125kV?

    Correct Answer: 78kVDC
    Help: NETA MTS-2019 Table 100.16

I've come across similar conundrums while looking for VLF test voltages. There is a table in the back of the ATS/MTS but its never addressed as the proper table to use.
