    As others have stated this is not a breaker, looks to be a medium voltage load interrupter switch. As for the parts here are my guesses:

    1. Arcing contact
    2/3. Line Bus
    4. Blade assembly
    5. Moving (main) contact?
    6. Insulating barrier?
    7. Fuse
    8/9/10. Load Bus
    12. Operating Handle?
    13. Contact Indication

    Glad I'm not the only one confused at what the numbers are supposed to represent.
