Trip contact operation after relay testing

Upon completion of relay testing, when circumstances permit, it is important that the trip contacts of the relay be manually operated to ensure:

A.) Positive tripping of the 86 lockout relay
B.) Positive tripping of circuit breakers/switchers
C.) Verification that each relay contact performs its intended function
    D.) All of the above

I believe this excerpt from NETA ATS makes all of the above the true answer.
