    Short Circuit & Coordination, MV Circuit Breaker Interrupting Ratings, 88%

    Capacitors, Reactors, Arrestors, NETA-MTS Recommended Tests on Capacitors, 71%

    Safety, Testing of Rubber Blankets, 71%

    Standards, NETA-ATS Recommended Tests on Current Transformers, 71%

    Cable Testing, Construction of Cable Bus, 71%


    Note: Fourteen technicians took the NETA Level 4 exam in the spring of 2000. Two passed.

    That was 20 years ago what about now?
    How many have taken it and how have passed? I have failed level 2 times and my employer did not allow me another opportunity to take it! 5 years ago!

    When I passed NETA level III there was no test guy web site. It’s a good study guide but I feel some techs who have passed level III due using it, may still lack experience and knowledge that they need in the field.
