Moisture criteria of SF6 Gas at NETA Standard Table 100.13

I've noticed that the moisture criteria of SF6 Gas at NETA Standard is greater than or equal to 200ppm. . .

Is this correct? or it should be less than or equal to 200ppm...

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Rizza

Table says greater than or equal to but also says "per manufacturer," footnote b also says "according to SOME manufacturers." Seems to me this is just a general guideline.
