    Check out these awesome oil sampling techniques

    Oil breakdown voltage test of a 132 kV Power Transformer. No PPE, just put a big bucket underneath the valve and catch what you can.

    Looks like mineral oil. Not really something you want to get on your skin or in your eyes. These guys should have gloves and safety glasses at the least. I'm not even addressing the sandals and tank top...

    how about the fact they keep adjusting the sample valve to increase/slow the flow rate out of the transformer. just asking to stir up more sediment that may not of been flushed out and would not of moved had the valve been left in one position.
